What if an event is sold out?
Unclaimed tickets may become available at the door. Here are the details:
Ten minutes before an event begins, we will sell unclaimed tickets to patrons waiting in a rush line.
We do not have control over when rush lines will form and cannot advise patrons on an arrival time to join or form a line.
Saving places in a rush line is not permitted. A maximum of two tickets per person will be sold.
There is no guarantee we will have unclaimed tickets at the door, however a small number of tickets will likely be available for each sold-out event.
